Breakfast Platter

A variety of delicious breakfast foods to start your day right all on one plate

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1/2 cup of hash browns
  • 1 cup of grits
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter

Steps:

  1. Cover the pan with a light amount of butter then fry the bacon in the a pan until fully cooked on medium/high heat.
  2. In the same pan, cook the hash browns until it turns brown and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a different pan, crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preference (scrambled, fried, etc.) and season with salt and pepper. (Opitonal: add a sprinkle of cheddar chesse on top of eggs when its done cooking).
  4. Cover pan lightly with some butter and toast the bread on each side until brown.
  5. Assemble your plate with all of the food and add extra toppings of your liking.
  6. Enjoy!
