Breakfast Platter
A variety of delicious breakfast foods to start your day right all on one plate
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 slices of toast
- 1/2 cup of hash browns
- 1 cup of grits
- 4 cups of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
Steps:
- Cover the pan with a light amount of butter then fry the bacon in the a pan until fully cooked on medium/high heat.
- In the same pan, cook the hash browns until it turns brown and season with salt and pepper.
- In a different pan, crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preference (scrambled, fried, etc.) and season with salt and pepper. (Opitonal: add a sprinkle of cheddar chesse on top of eggs when its done cooking).
- Cover pan lightly with some butter and toast the bread on each side until brown.
- Assemble your plate with all of the food and add extra toppings of your liking.
